Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a product or service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by The Marvellous Media Company Ltd.

Copyright

The copyright in all works supplied by The Marvellous Media Company Ltd will remain with The Marvellous Media Company Ltd. In the event of you supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will The Marvellous Media Company Ltd be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.

Right to refuse

The Marvellous Media Company Ltd hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.

Prices

The Marvellous Media Company Ltd prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.

Payments

The Marvellous Media Company Ltd do not operate a credit facility. All orders of products need to be paid for prior to production.

The work

The Marvellous Media Company Ltd carry out in-house work. However, we reserve the right to sub-contract your work if we deem it suitable or necessary.

Cancellations

The Marvellous Media Company Ltd cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.

Delivery

We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. The Marvellous Media Company Ltd do not have any control over external internet service providers including domain name registration services. Some deliveries may be delayed due to disruptions or lack of support from these parties. In these instances, The Marvellous Media Company Ltd will not be liable for any consequential loss.

Our 24 hour turnaround service is based on the time between the last assets for the website (including but not limited to logo, font choice, images, copy, colours, domain name choices) being supplied to the completion of the website excluding weekends and bank or public holidays. Our 24 hour turnaround may not be available on websites using existing domain names as these rely on third party internet service providers and domain name registrars. Transfers of existing domain names often take up to a week to complete.

Purchasing

By making a purchase from The Marvellous Media Company Ltd , you agree to allow The Marvellous Media Company Ltd to showcase or feature the product on their web site or any other related web sites or in promotional literature.

Refunds and Returns

We are sure that you will be delighted with your WebLaunch site. Because each site is built to order we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the work we have carried out not including assets you have supplied, we are able to offer you a credit note for the value of the site.
